Yes, and it is worth doing at the same time as the counter cabling. A camera positioned over the till lets you match a transaction time to footage, which resolves most till discrepancies quickly.
What happens if the internet goes down?
It depends on your POS software — some keep working offline and sync later, others do not. We will tell you which category yours falls into before you commit, and can build in a backup connection if downtime is unacceptable.
