Home Wi-Fi cameras and baby monitor cameras in Ras Al Khaimah
RADON COMPUTER supplies plug-in Wi-Fi cameras from EZVIZ and Imou in Ras Al Khaimah — 360° indoor cameras for watching a baby, a pet or an elderly parent, outdoor Wi-Fi cameras, battery cameras and video doorbells. They connect to your home Wi-Fi and stream to an app on your phone, with no recorder or cabling. Visit our Al Nakheel shop or ask on WhatsApp which camera suits your home.
Wi-Fi home camera or installed CCTV — what is the difference?
A Wi-Fi home camera is a single self-contained camera: plug it in, connect it to your Wi-Fi, and watch it on the EZVIZ or Imou app, recording to a microSD card or a cloud subscription. It suits watching one room — a nursery, a living room, a door. An installed CCTV system uses several wired cameras recording to a central NVR, covers a whole villa or business, and keeps working when the Wi-Fi drops. Many homes use both: Wi-Fi cameras inside, installed cameras outside.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which camera is best for watching a baby?
An indoor 360° pan-and-tilt Wi-Fi camera with night vision and two-way talk suits most nurseries: you can follow the baby around the room and hear them from your phone. Some models also alert you to sound such as crying. Mount it out of the child's reach.
Do Wi-Fi cameras record without a subscription?
Yes. Most EZVIZ and Imou cameras record to a microSD card inside the camera, so you can play back footage without paying. A cloud subscription is optional and keeps footage even if the camera is stolen.
Will the camera work on my home Wi-Fi?
Usually yes. Many plug-in cameras connect on the 2.4 GHz band, which reaches further through walls. If the signal is weak where you want the camera, fix the Wi-Fi first — see our Wi-Fi solutions page.
How do I keep a home camera secure?
Use a strong, unique password for the camera app, turn on two-step verification, keep the firmware updated, and avoid pointing cameras into bedrooms or bathrooms unless that is the purpose. The UAE Cyber Security Council has issued alerts about vulnerable home cameras, so firmware updates matter.
Is a Wi-Fi camera enough for my villa or shop?
For one room, yes. For a whole villa perimeter, or a business that needs GRA/Hemaya approval, choose an installed CCTV system — it records centrally for 90 days and does not depend on Wi-Fi.
